Halloween

For Halloween this year we decided that since Cooper was still so little, we would hold off on Neewollah which meant Scott and I got to take a year off from matching costumes with our kids. The boys still matched though, as Cole went as Darth Vader, and Cooper went as Anakin (little Darth Vader). They were too cute, and Cole LOVED his costume because he was (and still is) VERY into Star Wars.

Cooper is 6 months!

Time seems to fly by with this little man, and before we knew it, he was already 6 months old.

Saturday with Meme

Cole loves animals of any kind, and meme Gayle lives just outside of town and has lots of ducks that live at her house. One Saturday we decided to head out and help her let them out and feed them. Cole loved getting to see them, and meme helped him to walk down where they hide in the woods so that he could get a better look.

Aunt Brittany's visit

For the past few years, Scott's little sister Brittany has come to spend a weekend with us each Summer. This year she came at the end of July, and we were able to spend one evening going to Sunset Safari at the zoo. We had lots of fun, but it was REALLY hot. Cooper couldn't stay awake the whole time, but Cole loved showing Aunt B around the zoo. The next night we treated her to a fun dinner at Fritz's railroad restaurant-one of Cole's favorites!

4th of July 2010

So it has been awhile, and I have guess that it is time to catch up. For 4th of July we had a big party at our house with lots of friends and lots of food. The kiddos had a great time lighting off fireworks, and Cole is still waiting patiently until he is old enough to do it himself.

Gymnastics

We signed Cole up for gymnastics with the school because we thought that he might enjoy doing something a little different one morning a week. He absolutely LOVES it!!! At the end of each session, they have a parents watch day where you can come and watch and take pictures of what they have learned throughout the past 16 weeks. It was so much fun to see him so excited about something like this, and I think that the best part for him is that he gets to ride a REAL school bus once a week.

Up close and personal with the Moop!

We call Cooper "Moop" because sometimes he likes to cry...A LOT. Here is a pretty cute pic of him one day though, when he was just chillin' instead of crying.
